Dr. Felix Hoch
Felix has been working for over 10 years as a consultant, coach and trainer on the topics of transformation and user-centered innovation. He is trained as an integral-systemic business coach (ICF) and worked for several years in teaching at the School of Design Thinking and in project coaching for organizations at the Academy of the Hasso-Plattner-Institute (HPI). He studied biology, religious studies, Japanese studies and philosophy in Munich and Tokyo and received his PhD on the philosophy of science of interdisciplinary work in religious studies research.
Iris von Tiedemann
Iris has been working as a business and teaching coach (ECA) for over 25 years. She is trained as a process and systems consultant as well as in process-oriented psychology for personnel and organizational development. As founder and director of the Institute for Transformational Leadership, which has been in existence for 15 years, she regularly offers facilitator trainings in which the application of the Threshold Model in professional transformational coaching can be learned. Iris von Tiedemann works primarily in intercultural design contexts in the fields of business, media, culture and the arts.
